Withdrawal Policy

1. Eligibility for Withdrawal

Sellers on Clepti.com may request withdrawal of their accumulated earnings once their available account balance reaches a minimum threshold of $100 USD. Until this minimum balance is met, withdrawal requests cannot be processed.

2. Withdrawal Request Process

1. Login: Access your Clepti dashboard and navigate to the Payouts section.
2. Initiate Request: Click “Request Withdrawal” when your balance is at least $100.
3. Confirm Details: Select your preferred payout method (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.) and verify your payment information.
4. Submission: Submit the withdrawal request. A confirmation email will be sent.

3. Processing Time & Fees

• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 business days of submission.
• Payment Method Timing:
  • Bank Transfers: additional 2–4 business days for funds to appear.
  • PayPal: typically within 24 hours after processing.
• Fees: Clepti does not charge a withdrawal fee. Standard fees from payment providers (e.g., PayPal fees, bank charges) may apply and will be borne by the Seller.

4. Taxes & Reporting

Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws. Clepti may provide annual earnings statements upon request to assist with reporting obligations.

5. Cancellation & Amendments

A withdrawal request can be canceled within 24 hours of submission by contacting support@clepti.com. Clepti reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, with changes posted on this page.
