P2B Transparency Information

1. Scope & Legal Framework

This Transparency Information is provided in accordance with EU Regulation 2021/0382 (Platform-to-Business Regulation) and applies to all Users operating as Sellers on the Clepti.com platform ("Platform"). It explains the key terms and conditions governing the business relationship between Clepti ("we", "us", "our") and Sellers ("you").

2. Platform Ranking & Search

2.1 Ranking Criteria: Products are ranked based on relevance to search terms, sales performance, user ratings, and completeness of product metadata (title, description, tags).

2.2 Search Algorithm: We continuously update our algorithm to improve relevance.

3. Remuneration & Fees

  • Commission Rate: We charge a commission of 10% on Gross Transaction Value for each sale.
  • Listing Fees: No listing fees are charged.
  • Payment Processing: Third-party payment fees are passed through at cost.

4. Access to Data

You have access to the following data generated through your use of the Platform:

  • Sales reports (orders, revenue, commission).
  • Customer feedback and ratings.
  • Search performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions).

All data can be exported via CSV in the Analytics section of your dashboard.

5. Restrictions & Content Moderation

5.1 Prohibited Content: As per Section 3.3 of our T&Cs, Products infringing intellectual property, promoting illicit activities, or containing malware will be removed.

5.2 Moderation Process: We may suspend listings or accounts for non-compliance. You will receive notice and a chance to appeal within 14 days.

6. Suspension & Termination

6.1 Grounds: Breach of T&Cs, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws.

6.2 Procedure: Prior to suspension or termination, we will notify you via email, specifying reasons and remediation steps. Immediate suspension may occur in urgent circumstances.

7. Automated Decision-Making

7.1 Algorithm Updates: Significant changes to ranking or search algorithms will be communicated to Sellers at least 30 days in advance.

7.2 Human Review: You may request human review of any automated decision affecting your listings by contacting support@clepti.com.

8. Complaint Handling & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Complaints: Submit complaints regarding Platform practices via support center. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and resolve within 30 days.

8.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution: You may opt for mediation under the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Amendments & Updates

We may update this transparency information. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email and dashboard notification.
